Truffenade with Olives (11% of Truffles)

Other ingredient :

1 jar Black or Green Truffenade Truffieres de Rabasse
Truffle Olive Oil Truffieres de Rabasse

4 “Feuilles de Brick” or Wonton Wrappers
1 fresh buffalo mozzarella
Fresh basil
1 parchment paper

1 Preheat the oven to 350F (180C)

2 Cut your wrappers in 2 and spread the wonton wrappers with a thin layer of Truffenade. Top each with a thick slice of mozzarella and a fresh basil leaf. Drizzle over it a drop or two of Truffle Olive Oil.

3 Re-form the brick, folding it in 4, as you would make an envelope.

4 Place the bricks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 minutes, to let the flavors mingle inside and to brown the outside.
