3 tablespoons (50g) Truffieres de Rabasse Truffle Juice

1 cup (250ml) high-fat heavy cream
a pinch of Sugar or Salt depending on wether you will use it for dessert topping or not.

1 Whip the cream in a chilled bowl with chilled beaters.

2 When almost done, whip in the Truffle Juice and the pinch of salt or sugar.

My advice: This savory whipped cream with sugar is an ideal accompaniment to fresh strawberries, fruit salads, Tarte Tatin, buche de Noel, or vanilia ice cream.
