2 pounds of veggies : Cauliflower, sprouts, cherry tomatoes, mini corn, Celery stalks, Broccoli, Carrots, endive spears, Hart of palm, artichoke haearts…
12 Mini blinis (or toasts)

1 Spread blinis or toasts with Black Truffle Brandade and top them with mini tomatoes, sprouts, or endive spears

2 Put the Black Truffle Vinaigrette in a ramekin and place the other veggies cut into bitesize around.

3 Enjoy you dipping !

My advice: Give yourself a treat with seasonal raw vegetables. Use any vegetable you like, fresh or preserved such as hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, mini corn.
