1 Wash the strawberries with their stems so that their perfume won't be washed away. Hull and cut them into a small bowl.
2 Make a sugar syrup (1 cup of water and 3 ½ ounces (100g) of sugar). While warm, add 3 tablespoons truffled honey.
3 Brush the strawberries with the syrup and let them cool.
4 When your bowl is cold, cover with plastic wrap and let infuse 12 hours in the refrigerator.5.Serve cold with truffled whipped cream with a bit of sugar added to it. It's delicious!
