1.Cut the melon in half and seed. 2.Mix 2 teaspoons of Truffle honey and 2 teaspoons of vinegar and pour into the hollows of the melon halves.3.Eat chilled with small spoons.

My advice: This would be delicious with a Beaume de Venise or an old Loupiac you may have forgotten in your wine cellar.
