1 Accompany such cheeses as goat and sheep with a touch of Truffle Honey.

2 Use the Broomflower Jelly (or the Vegetable spread with truffle) to spread on cow cheeses, on warm toasts.

3 1-2 drops of truffle oil on a slice of sheep cheese will create a wonderfull experience !
